02 — Acknowledgment

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

You represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

03 — Subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account.

Lifetime License: If you have purchased a "lifetime" license, this grants you the right to use the Application in its current state as of the date of purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time.

04 — User Content

All data you enter into the Application is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the export feature.

05 — Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

06 — Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

07 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, or $100 USD if you have not made any purchases.

08 — Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

09 — Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice.
